No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Exchange Policy

An exchange is available only if you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• A wrong item

To request an exchange:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Products damaged due to customer misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the eligible product.
